Re: An Immodest Proposal

There are other ways around this: - impose a limit that you can only post a new thread after 10 posts - Ask a question during registry only someone sentient could answer - Have people fill in a random code during the first 10 posts. The 2nd one is a very good one, something about the comic may be? ...

Re: Neil Armstrong Born - 5/8/30 - Deceased - 25/8/12

Faith's going to continue. If we're going to have new gods someday, we might as well make good ones. Like Diana, Elvis, Lenin, Luke, Mao... You forgot Arioch... In all seriousness I think we can all agree that it is "preaching to chore" when we discuss God, religion, ect, so if we must do it...

Re: Distraction thread

A nice comic that did run for a while, what are they kickstarting fo...

Re: sci-fi creative writting tips?

Sand makes sense in a way. Anything going fast enough can cause serious damage. There is space junk the size of marbles and yet singlehandily cause major repair problems for NASA (even a small thing going the speed the average object in Earth's orbit will be insainly fast, and fast needs alot of fo...

Re: Page 101: And I will take VERY good care of you!

xshawk: you will notice a distinct design difference between the terran ships and loroi, terran are closer to what you would think proper, still not near as claustrophobic as a sub though, i think you might see that in the 'proper' terran military ships, this is a LONG range scout spending months o...

Craft it is.

Still, you need something for the small buggers, and maybe in between loading the big guns.

Re: Loroi abilities, and Loroi Judo

I always find it amusing when people go "OH CUTE!" and rush towards a wild animal and then get hurt. Like those retards who climb into zoo enclosures, I think they should be left in there permanently. C'mon, man, that's harsh, cruel, and uncalled for. They shouldn't have to put up with that. What d...

I advise you manticore, to look at the description used by Mass Effect for their mass drivers, they do explain how they make work in game but I forget the description and it may help you in developing you're own one. A question though: Could you not vent the heat sinks straight into space? If two sh...
