To me, it reads like she is pushing off of a surface to move elsewhere, but someone behind her says something and she turns to look at the speaker in mid motion.

I haven't seen any updates to the pages, I'm assuming Arioch has hit one of his usual snags.

Pages 144 & 145 need some polish before they can be posted to the site. Should happen this weekend, barring unforeseen distractions.
