 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
Arioch's style keeps getting better and better!
Concerning what Alex is asking, I'm betting it was something along the lines of "So where's Beryl?

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
hi hi Doth my eyes deceive me, or is that maybe a vague sympathetic but also vaguely pitying expression on Reeds face? She sort of looks like she's thinking something along the lines of "there the human goes again, what a strange creature." The kind of expression you get when you watch a dog trying to catch its own tail.

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
To me, Reed looks slightly humored, whereas I could imagine Fireblade giving a long-suffering sigh with that eye roll. Really have to wonder what Alex said or did to garner those expressions. And my interpretation of Alex's expression suggests a little wiseassery on his part, so who knows?

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
Just noticed that Fireblades's helm seem to have another kind of front then the other two Loroi's. Any reason for that (besides perhaps Fireblade's hairstyle )?

Fireblade's helmet also has to account for her psi-amp.

Maybe it's for headbutting.
Also, what is with the poop jokes?

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
Replace the "i used the toilette" by "i used the three damn shell" Like some people said: the strange form of fireblade helmet is because of he psy-amp. You know the golden thing she wear most of the time that make her go from, Killing machine to: Unstoppable killing machine.

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
Interesting, is Alex talking directly at 'blade? Trying to get a reaction out of her?

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
That would explain Reed's expression.
"Trust me, Captain, I've tried to get a rise out of her for years. She's not about to start talking at some random diplomat just because she feels like it. No offense. Besides, we were supposed to have been in Tempo's office...about thirty solons ago, so we'd better hurry."

Thirty seconds? Tempo is a stickler for punctuality. Three minutes late? SPACED!

Seems likely. Also, seems like he's definitely being transferred off of Tempest, but to where?

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
My guess is Azimol Citadel. I don't think there's another nearby (and important) Loroi system within a week's travel time from Naam.

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
I'm more suprised at the very visible and obvious number 3. Kinda odd for loroi to use our numbers.

I believe the "three" is this. Note the topmost section, the forward prongs.

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
Markings on the military transport aircraft - a dark forest, i think even if the shuttle will be painted in purple with red circles, it will be fine. And number can be just radiomarker.

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
It's not a "3", it's a stylized version of the Loroi symbol. But thanks for pointing that out, I didn't notice the resemblance.

 Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
that '3' i'd suggest that Alex note and comment on it, before revealing the normal symbol on the front of the normal starship, and getting a 'uh... right' moment ^_^
Can't have our main character losing an opportunity for a foot in mouth moment :p
