What's wrong with them. AFAIR, they were involved in some disputes early in Earth's interstellar colonization, but now they're just another member of the TCA, like everyone else, aren't they?

There hasn't been 'Word of God' of how Yinghuo's foreign policies developed after the formation of the TCA fleet, but chances are that groups like the Tharsis Independents still keep a wary eye on them.
