Ok so is anyone else running around Skyrim as a mage and pretending their abilities were psionic instead of magical in nature? I had so much fun with Telekinesis it wasn't even funny.

that is as some commenter mentioned a Kamehameha not a force lightning storm, the lack of AoE killed it.

not really, no, but then my problem with the elder scrolls series is more a matter of core game mechanics than eye candy.

You may want to reconsider. I never tried Morrowind or any of the previous 'Scrolls games. Oblivion's reputation alone scared me off, the level scaling in particular. But Skyrim seems pretty awesome. They took all of the lessons they got from Fallout and Oblivion and cut out the crap to make this version in a new engine.
My friends convinced me to try it, which I will as soon as I have the funds.

Walking dogs is a fun way to earn pocket change. That and raking leaves or shoveling snow is a great way to get some exercise and earn enough money for Skyrim. Play a mage and pretend your a psionic character!

Skyrim is awesome.
The mod kit isn't even out yet and there's already tons and tons of mods of all kinds.
Also, magic is for pussies. Real men kill people by shouting.
FUS RO DAH!

I scream "Kamehameha" while I launch Fireballs does that count? Come to think of it doesn't Jardin's flight suit resemble Goku's Gi?

in my opinion, skyrim is the best fantasy game out right now, those of you who know about Square Enix (think thats the right spelling) will know they always seem to get the best out of the hard ware their given, their latest game FFXIII had perhaps the best graphics on the market, Skyrim by comparison rips FFXII's head of and spits down its neck, metaphorically speaking. Skyrim is a great game, far better the Oblivion, any thing youv heard about Oblivion has nothing to do with Skyrim, itd be a good idea to play it, only cos it make you more familiar with some of the terminology

No.
Jardin is a billion times cooler than Goku anyway.
