 Search doesn´t work search.php doesn´t respond at all. Or is this only @ my place?

Re: Search doesn´t work I noticed that it hasn't been working, I think since I recently upgraded the board software version. I'll try to troubleshoot it when I get a chance.

Re: Search doesn´t work Now i get two alternating error messages: Either "500 - internal server error" or my browser (Opera 11.50) says in a standard message "no such website, try google". Maybe that´s a hint? But - on the other hand: Don´t waste your time with this sh*t, focus on the elves.

Re: Search doesn´t work There is some kind of php error that prevents the page from loading, which I presume was introduced when I upgraded the board software version. The error in the log file is:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW in /forums/search.php on line 597
I will hunt it down when I have time, but as you mention, it's not top priority.
The 500 - internal server error is, I think, not related.

Re: Search doesn´t work maybe it the [insert techno babble] that need to be increase, have you try reconfiguring the [more techno babble] to version 2.1 am sure it would solve the [tiktik-kik-tik].....

Re: Search doesn´t work I did a diff on the search.php with the one you gave me, and not surprisingly, the only difference was on line 597. vs Kind of wonder how that got screwed up. Anyhow, it appears to be working now. Thanks for the help. _________________Outsider
