Weekly... not.

Well, the experiment that was the weekly update schedule is, for now, at an end. The official status of Outsider is that it's still actively in production, but it's no longer being updated weekly. Because, as I'm sure you've noticed, I've been unable to keep up with the weekly schedule. It's my intention to post new pages relatively soon, but I can't say exactly when because I don't know. Stuff will get done whenever it gets done; that's the way it is.

I worked on some of the Loroi ship designs last evening, but that's the first art-related stuff I've done in more than a month (with the exception of Homeworld Shipyards updates). I go home nearly every evening with the intention of doing artwork, but I usually just play Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory instead. Or watch TV and drink a lot. I'm not burned out, just apathetic. This too shall pass.

I'm trying to rewrite the current scene (pages 29-34), but I'm stuck on it at the moment. It's not coming out quite the way I want. I'll work through it; I do write something nearly every day. I've also spent some time writing on other projects. Sometimes there are so many different things that I want to do that I'm almost paralyzed by my ambitions.

I appreciate that people are displeased with the lack of updates, and I think that's generally a good thing... it means you like the comic and want to see more. For those that are tired of checking back regularly for updates, send me your email address and I'll set up a mailing list to notify you of updates. For those who are fed up and can't take it anymore, so long and thanks for the fish.
