SotS did the thing where it filtered chat messages into alien gibberish until you research the basic language, no sound though. MoO3 did have sound and animation, IIRC.

I'd like to sneak one of the Outsider aliens into a panel somewhere, but I've been waiting for a time and place that felt right. When the time comes for me to have more than the one space elf in one place I'd love to abduct one or two of the Loroi for a cameo.

In the Sun/Earth L2, Earth provides shade; if I recall correctly Herschel and other observatories are already in orbit around that point.

I was thinking about posting a fan art thread in hopes of setting off a creative avalanche, but lacking anything new to post myself, I'm waiting.

Not that it's really all that important what would happen in a situation that's by all appearances impossible anyway. Time travel or causality breakage or not, it's simplest to just go with "can't break c without dividing by zero, don't think too much about what would happen on the other side."
