Re: Miscellaneous Terran question-and-answer thread
Ok I think I may have thought of a way humanity might be useful. Are there any insurgency large enough to be a problem but not warranting dust off and nuke it from orbit strategy? If so you don't exactly need ships that are capable of fighting on the front line to help humanity might be able to move...

To win all we would have needed to do is Nuke that peninsula until it was nothing but radioactive glass. I'm sure the South-Koreans, South-Vietnamese, Thai, Laotians, Cambodjians, Japanese and Chinese would've been thrilled by the prospect. Yep only a few communist infiltrators mixed in would disag...

Re: Miscellaneous Terran question-and-answer thread
A space born attacker can technically attack you from the other side of the system if he so desires and you have no way to stop him from the ground. Plus if you want defensive structures, why not build them in orbit anyway. Which reminds me - I wanted to ask, did the humans try or attempt any uplif...

Re: Miscellaneous Terran question-and-answer thread

But, on that same note; Native Americans, once armed with rifles were a serious threat to the regular army. Also, it wasn`t really the Colonial powers leaving...
