Tempest is 750m long with a crew of 800. Bellarmine is 190m long with a crew of 80. That measn even if Tempest didn't have a significantly wider profile than Bellarmine it would be over 60 times the volume and therefore likely mass. Based on their comparitive shapes Tempest looks to be closer to 90...
