Re: Zumwalt: Stealth and Armor in Modern Naval Combat
red dwarf: and beyond, theoretically, but i am still not sold on that, small shells, tiny boom.... /me not impressed. You do still need to be able to see what you're firing at. I don't know, maybe they could use drones to guide shots in from beyond the RADAR horizon. Drones would be a good idea, bu...

Re: Master of Orion 2 (and Space Strategy Games Discussion)
It's becoming a very common thing on Steam. There's a TON of early access games. I haven't been tempted yet though, I have enough games waiting in my backlog without needing to add alphas and betas. There's a couple I've put on my wishlist though. It's kind of a double-edged sword really, on the on...

Re: HOMEWORLD REMASTERED
Bioshock: Infinite wasn't enough for you? :D Don't get me wrong, I like the Bioshock series, but it's not the same. I need me some SHODAN man. before my time, I started with bioshock 1 and 2 ( love both of them despite 2 being less successful). as for homeworld: I'm a techy, so I loved the back sto...

Re: HOMEWORLD REMASTERED
Bioshock: Infinite wasn't enough for you? :D its was for me, even with the confusing story line, but in hindsight I enjoyed the story and the characters, still looking forward to the last DLC for Buried at Sea. as for future HW games, I'm for it. HW 1 was very memorable, HW 2 also enjoyable and I e...

HOMEWORLD REMASTERED
:D Good news, gearbox (who took over THQ) is going to release a REMASTERED version of both Homeworld and Homeworld 2, with both being compatible with modern graphic sets, no social feature and choice of special edition content ( original HW1 or new HW 2 mothership). Seems some of the original staff ...

Re: A regular update schedule
so the extra thick tar Cpt winters or boiling oil type ? CY miller, we do not talk about updates, comic page times or anything of that. To do so, requires a sacrifice of part of the souls ( % to be determine at soul extraction and level of damages to comic) and the physical issues ( to be determine ...

Re: Miscellaneous Umiak/misc. races question-and-answer thre
And, a big one, do the Umiak possess a technology equivalent of the Loroi's far-sensing abilities? Or is it just a war of quantity versus quality? As far as the comic timeline is: NO, the Umiak don't have a "far-sensing" ability, however by the end of the chapter 1 they may have found a counter mea...
