Re: Page 108 Discussion
It should be interesting to compare Tempo's narrative with the Insider's . Yes it should be plus arioch comments on the war in the forum too. As well I can understand Tempos recutlance to describe her role, as most intel organization are hesitant. The Mizol are part naval Intel, part secret police ...

CUTENESS OVERWHELMING! Excuse me. Checking myself in for diabetes. Razor you mean cutecitis, a sudden, overwhelming onset of cuteness due to visual image with a cuteness factor of 1000 to 1,000,000. I'd recommend I join you, I think I got it too  . oh I can't wait to read the text bubbles ...

Re: Page 104 discussion.
hehe I love this . . . tempo is also getting out of firestorm way too. Plus this little trip will provide more opportunities for tempo to learn about humanity and what they may offer to the Loroi. hi hi It might also be that Tempo wants to be the one to expose Alex as an Umiak infiltrator, preferabl...

Re: Master of Orion 2 (and Space Strategy Games Discussion)
It up now and working on steam as of 21:00 EST ( 8-14 GIG size, so get a good book or reread the original game manuals) Played some of the H1 mission and few P vs CPu matchers and I must say the initial impression is that gearbox did a very good job ( as did the original Relic/Serria team). not sure...

I don't know, I like the trailer and it makes me interested in seeing the full trailer. as for if it will success yes/no. i'll wait until I see the final product, JjJ Abrams did and good job with the revamped Star Trek so I'm willing to give a movie a chance. although I like the new spilt wing for t...

Re: Outsider opening
Well the author of the 2199 remake might have tired explain the original ( a la space 2001 or 2002). I'll have a look and see how it is, I did see the live action version of the film and I was impressed with it. Thought I few changes to story or effects for whatever reasons, still a good film.

Re: Miscellaneous Loroi question-and-answer thread
just a question, in human militaries, their are characters that seems larger than life ( IE A rookie Canadian navigator on a maritime patrol plane gave three 90 turns to the pilot because of a coffee stain on a paper based weather radar, who went on to become one of the best navigators in his class ...

As well, it was the starboard engine pod that was effected, a nice little Homeworld 2 Easter egg place into the comic ( IE from when the some of the ship die, their last word were starboard fusion cell breached . .. .. BOOOM). i think Wintermute or Riess get the credit for that one. I thought it wa...

Re: Miscellaneous Loroi question-and-answer thread
hi hi If the shuttle does get boarded, I wonder if Fireblade could capture the boarding ship by herself. na she would probably just blow it all up in the process which would cause a whole bunch of problems, Fireblade TK abilities have modes, normal and uber strong IIRC. Not a good idea in an ...

Re: Miscellaneous Loroi question-and-answer thread
I don't find, why loroi use lighting parts of suits. Is this detectors? Loroi ships have a lot of dark environments, and the lit rank tabs can help identify individuals and reduce the frequency of people walking into each other in low-lighting environments, especially when lights go out altogether....

as well some of those civilian might be ex-warrior who couldn't pass the trials. add the extra shame to that however I could see the warriors turned civilians being better as some roles ( piloting being one)

Re: Miscellaneous Terran question-and-answer thread
The Terran's use fusion reactors which require hydrogen or at least some form of hydrogen to function, among other things. Do they keep storage containers as their main source or do they collect their hydrogen from the Universe since it is so abundant? it was shown in the comic that the human ships...

Re: Miscellaneous Terran question-and-answer thread
oh. (?) I hadn't seen it mentioned or written out so it took me by surprise. CJSF no Cacambo43, that version of outsider never saw the light of a comic page, ending up on the editing floor (or PC/MAC trash/recycle bin or backstory notes  ). The current story is the one Arioch has been showing...

Re: Miscellaneous Terran question-and-answer thread
Anecdotally, the predecessor story to Outsider, which was about a Human civil war in which they had more or less the same technological level as the major combatants in Outsider do, was set in 2384. What story is this? Is this something you're written already? Where is it? CJSF different story, whe...
