Re: page 82
Well my opinion I'd suppose the weight would directly correspond to the martial philosophy of the firer. In the case of the Loroi I don't see them packing an endall on to what I'm reckoning is a light battle cruiser though there is the waveloom on the Tempest so I might be wrong. 'Course I ain't ho...

Re: page 82
Well Suttrjac, I have to agree with your first point, right on the money. To be used on large Umiak forces at Mid to long range. but would do you think of the warheads, med or heavy weight ? that wouldn't be enough, i would add an Air Raid Siren just to be sure ;) then my I give a selection: A) http...

Re: page 82
hi hi Well, Stillstorm did say to "reserve nothing," so if she held onto them, she'd be disobeying orders I guess. I though that Stillstorm was referring to point defense in that line. --Aygar dido here, does that mean that the Tolat blisters are an Offensive weapon ? To seem to me that they are th...

Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
Unless these "Tolot Blisters" can put some serious hurt on the Umiak, it looks like Winter Tide's about to buy the farm. I guess you could call it "command tension" between Stillstorm and Ashrain? Your sure i said that? Buy the farm is an expression i didn't even know (and still don't know precisel...

Re: page 82
funny that i always know when there a new page only when i see a "page XX" as a new topic :P SO . . . what would you want "totally awesome new page" or " Update Alert: new page is up" . . . :? I'm still unsure how to read visible damage in Outsider-verse, so I'm tempted to say - provided Winter Tid...

Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
First part, are you revering to yourself or someone else ?? Someone else, i just didn't bother looking up who said it then may I: C) a large-capacity cluster torpedo (like the anti-corvette torpedo's from homeworld 2 torpedo frigate, but for med-heavy class umiak ships ) but how about shared credit...

Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
well i know someone who was right :) i wonder how a captain react when he see a small dot on his screen becoming 40 dots. First part, are you revering to yourself or someone else ?? second, I wonder what Umiak doo-doo looks like. and I think their reaction is going to be this poor little cloen troo...

Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
Tsunami is indeed a Vanguard -class battlecruiser. The BC design has been updated a bit since the last concept. Corrected my post. no worries, no pressure (excuse if you felt some) I just obsessed with ships details ( I hold back from homeworld :ugeek: ) MUST BURN POCKET PROTECTORS  @Aroic...

Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
That view of the War Cruiser is amazing. Very good perspective. Agreed, I just wish i could do that kind of perspective :( but I'm not sure is the war cruiser, I thinks its the Vanguard battle cruiser, ( over top pulse cannons, many more PD lasers). but now I see more of the Tempests profile in the...

Re: Page 81
First, very good explanation of the option available to both fleets, well thought-out Solemn :D There are probably many other possibilities that I have overlooked here. Another might be more obvious, that you brought up with your "Loroi ship are easy to figure out" comment, each of the 51st wings ha...

Re: Page 81
you do have a point Capt winters but i recall the story of the DD-724 Laffey, the famous "ship that would not die". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Laffey_(DD-724) Now, I understand that was a rare instance of survival against continuous attack, but given the situation that winter tide is in, still...
