Yo it's me back from another years long absence. Just thought I'd tell you about a little game I found on the iPhone AppStore it's called A extreme space race race car racing (best game ever)

As the title makes it sound the game is pretty retarded, the only reason I'm bringing it to your attention is that they use a Loroi ship as the icon. Copyright infringement at its finest. So unless you gave them permission I'd send them a cease letter. Then maybe they won't take it down and you could score some cash.

Just lookin out for my favorite comic author!

Wow, that is rather blatant. What sort of action is necessary in this type of scenario?

Well, the first thing to do is just to contact them and make sure they know they're using a copyrighted image. If the game developer didn't create the images himself and contracted an artist to do it, he/they may not even be aware that there is a problem.

Hopefully that will resolve the issue rather quickly, if they are willing to take it down.
