The exception would be competitive sporting events, in which the spectators will often become animated.
Other than the aforementioned mob football-alike, what are some of the more popular sports among loroi? What about other Union member species?
Rugby-like games are the most popular Loroi team sports, in which the ball is mainly a token of control and which emphasize physical interaction of the players (running, blocking, tackling) rather than skill expression on the ball itself (kicking and throwing), since the latter is very easily influenced by telekinesis. Ball-skill sports similar to baseball or cricket are disliked because of this TK issue.

Other popular Loroi sports are various forms of wrestling, racing, and independent athletic exhibitions (decathlon, etc.). Water sports include swimming races, boat races, and water polo versions of the generic team ball-control sport.

Organized violence is frowned upon by the Barsam church, so their most popular official sports are forms of wrestling that are heavily ritualized in a manner similar to sumo. The most popular unofficial Barsam sport is bar brawls.

Neridi are not very athletic, and so their idea of sport is watching other animals (or sentients) race or fight, and betting on same.

Delrias are famous for various forms of arena blood sport and televised personal duels.

Some strange things may pop up temporarily over the next week as I test website changes... pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.
