I would assume his first order of business is the sacred human intergender bonding experience of the unsolicited dick-pic.

hi hi

If I had to hazard a guess, Alex is looking at who the tablet's last owner was.

An even more hilarious thought than Alex finding some crewmember's nudepic or p0rn stash on that device?

The Loroi had enough time to analyze the stuff and figure out their general use - after all, they took their time traveling all the way from Naam. And Beryl placing a nudepic of herself on that device, just for him to find. :) Of course, "just to show him that Loroi females do look similar to human ones, too."

...and, on second thought, that would put her line about "talking about nakedness taboos" in a whole new light as well.

Or a pic of that red harpy under shower made secretly by Tempo and Beryl, just to see if Fireblade detects Alex if confronted with something so unexpected....

Well, somebody guessed right in this thread but they will have to wait for two weeks for that.

hi hi

I'm guessing, if it is someone else's pad, it isn't Ellen. Alex's expression looks more thoughtful than emotional, and I feel like he'd maybe be a bit more emotional on seeing her.

LOL. Man, these threads are hard to read as a Patreoner (?)... Such interesting, if often single-minded hypotheses.

We go for the single minded hypotheses because they're fun.
And maybe someone goes for "fanservice" pictures....

Yes, we are all humans, and mostly male, because this in the interwebs, and someone formulated rule 34.

(BTW, I would guess that's Hamilton's pad with mission notes from higher above, but since that hasn't been guessed before, it seems to be wrong.)
Looking good, although a bit grave.

Also, sexual humor is the lowest form of comedy (even lower than puns) and we're all plebs here.

I thought the lowest form of comedy was Family Guy.

Aw yeah... Alex is a Good looking man... no wonder he's got all these loroi women jumping through hoops over him!
Alex is probably noticing the 'ahem' looseness in the chest area...ahem...clearly the suit is made for those of the female gender... {snicker}!

But I'm with Krulle on this.. I think its likely Commander Hamilton's data padd possibly with mission notes or Captain's Log entries...

If that's the case, Alex definitely looks like as if there had been a lot more to the Bellarmine mission than what he had been told of. As in, making First Contact had been just the "official" part of the mission statement, and there is quite a bit of an "unofficial" addition to that.
