Re: Page 96
Flashing a little less back, apparently he might not have totally blacked out after the 3rd shot. This could be interesting...
Also, updates when it's not even Monday yet!

Flashback within a flashback?
Flashce--okay, I won't do it.
Trauma-blocked memories coming back.
Guess we'll see what happens to Ellen now.

Re: Page 96
Or a FlashForward, perhaps
? Maybe our questions about Terran ESP abilities have finally been answered. Look on the previous picture ... he is getting a vision of things to come ... just after he accepted the position on Belarmine which was a so-called "fate nexus" for his life!

What sorcery is this?! A new page D:
Lovin it.
I get the feeling the camera will pull back eventually to reveal Alex having the mother of all headaches.

I once had a nightmare within a nightmare, then woke up (twice!), only to realize two moments later that my whole bed and myself were covered in my own blood because i bit my tongue on the trip...Count Casimir wrote:Flashback within a flashback?

Here it seems more like two flashbacks in a row. And who is Sculley?

X-files reruns in the 22nd century, what does this mean for tv-quality then?Solemn wrote:Gillian Anderson's role as the levelheaded and skeptical counterpoint to David Duchovny's "Agent Fox Mulder" in the hit '90s television series "The X-Files."Trantor wrote:Here it seems more like two flashbacks in a row. Aside from this, i like the way how Ellen is picking on him - speaks for her attitude. Chandra looks like he has peed his pants already and Beanpole is full with tranquilizers. No wonder Hamilton didn´t pick those two.

Re: Page 96
sculley is the female lead on damage control in this case.
Re: Page 96
I don't want to see the next page. It's foreboding. We know what happens.

This is so obviously mind-muckery it's disgusting.

hi hi
Oh... my... god. And here I thought it was going to be the end of the flashback. That is crazy intense, and what a transition. There's all sorts of little things too, beyond just the change from blue to red. Some comics have non-standard panel layouts all the time, but the transition from level panels to tilted panels is just a neat little touch. I've got a sinking feeling about where this is going, but I don't know if I can remember a cliffhanger being quite this intense before. I can't wait to see what happens next, even if its just Alex waking up.

Well tilted pannel seem to be used in every "confused/ing" situation Like in the Wintertide battle (page 75 to 84)

I like the interaction between Alex and Ellen, shows a little teasing between the two ( and alex is the smarty pants in the class).
I am a wander, going from place to place without a home I am a NOMAD
Re: Page 96
Well I've got a feeling Ellen isn't a floating corpse.
Now the question is if that spinoff comic with the wolf folks is considered cannon or not.
