phpBB version and upgrading?

What version of phpBB does this forum run on? And is there any chance you'll upgrade to 3.1 in the near future?

Support for 3.0 ends 1st of January 2017: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtop ... &t=2373956 (Maintenance, and security fixes have ended already)
Possibly upgrade to 3.0.14 before the download and upgrade modules are pulled from phpBB.com?

3.2 is on release candidate RC1: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtop ... &t=2377556
