Re: When did you join the forums /start reading Outsider?
I don't post here anymore, but I still regularly check and read Outsider.
I was around when the first incarnation of the forums were extant, and I think my first "last page" was 50, which I believe dates to 2006.

Well, I've joined the forums quite some time ago, even if I do not post much.
As for the comics, I think I started somewhere around the Tempest bridge sequence. Page 52 or something.

HEy, found out today how to access the list of updates that "fell off the front page"...NOMAD wrote:thank you o Lord of OutsiderArioch wrote:That would be April 2004.NOMAD wrote:when page 31 was posted on main outsider page. As for date . . that has been lost to time.

The link is right there on the front page, just above the "list of updates"...
Never noticed you can click it.
Interesting scrolling through. Gives precise dates for publication of pages, and some amendment indications.
The Ur-Quan Masters finally gets a continuation of the story! Late backing possible, click link.

I couldn't even guess when I joined or how I found Outsider. That was probably over a decade ago at this point.

Dunno when exactly I found the comic, but page 57 was the first update I remember. So I found the comic sometime during the end of 2008/ jan 2009, seeing how I also remember getting super hyped about the evangelion crossover after I binged the extra materials.

I have a weak memory of TV Tropes having something to do with it. I may have been looking up the term "space Elves" of some reason.

Don't feel bad. I didn't get what he was talking about either.Hālian wrote:Oh yeah. *facepalm*

Re: When did you join the forums /start reading Outsider?
I think sometime in 2004 when the comic actually went up, though my memory is a little hazy. I do recall seeing the thread on relic news forums and sierra shortly after.

I can't say exactly when, but thanks to that link Krulle posted, I can say sometime in 2003 between pages 10 and 11...

I found this webcomic years ago, and was very taken in by the depth to which you’ve researched and built the world these characters live in, Arioch. It has been over a decade since I last checked this site for updates, and I’m happy to see that things are still coming along! I plan to stick around this time, hence my registering on the forums.
