Hmmm.. I probably should have used Stormrage's Soul as her stat for that intimidation check. lol... ah well... :)

Okay, question to DM here, do we HAVE any censors on the shuttle worth a damn to find something? If we do, what sort of sensors?

(At least, I do have decent stats to find anything if need be. But I need to know the tools of the shuttle to know if I can detect anything.)

I have absolutely no clue what kind of sensors the Loroi are using. Maybe some form of advanced radar/lidar, IR detectors, and so on. Not the full equipment of a bigger ship but certainly enough to find a human probe, if you know what you are doing. ;) There will be a radio on board, off course.

Someone said sometime ago that human sensors are supreme to loroi because they concentrate mostly on using farseers rather on radar\lidar\gravimetric sensors...

That somehow sounds plausible to me. On the other side, I do not think, that they will mount the biggest and most expensive sensors on a tiny shuttle. Edit: and I don´t think they will have a pocket-farseer with them. So their sensors will be most likely on par with what you would find in a human shuttle.

Unless the Loroi targeting/navigational sensors require constant input by a farseer, I am pretty sure they are equipped with similar, likely better sensor equipment as humans. A small atmospheric shuttle should have sensors allowing it to safely conduct orbital manoeuvres, atmospheric re-entry, flight, and landing (vertical and horizontal). So basically similar stuff you'd find on a Space Shuttle orbiter, just far more sophisticated. It will probably lack the resolution to detect anything beyond a few hundred thousand kilometres though, because a shuttle doesn't need it to perform its function.

That sounds rather reasonable. Which means we'll be basically blind. :p

Thats it, I think. Maybe some auxiliary sensors for traveling short distances in space. But nothing better than that. I highly doubt that such sensors would need constant input by a farseer. There are not that many of them, if I remember correctly.

Human side hasn't got much to work with yet but I am still here. Wolffe is standing on the bridge while all the cool stuff is happening with the Loroi. Kudos folks, makes for good reading. :)

I will post something for the human _and_ loroi side today. Still working on that and I have an appointment today. So this could take awhile. I wanted to post this earlier but thought that an answer to Yiuel is more important.
There are still some characters/players missing, so there will be a break between the prelude and the"real deal".
