She was always so regal, calm, cool, collected, In-Control and super-smart {I really dig smart chicks} but driven, direct and VERY sensuous... all woman! Like her character a lot!

As for my name it means - "Spearman warrior/defender of Watten", perhaps Lake or Waters is the meaning of Watten.
The TV series really sucked compared to the OVA, as for Watten I think that is a village in the Highlands of Scotland, ass for Fire blade she strikes me as one who likes it rough which is cool with me.

Also on the subject of the Loroi, and name meaning what would you name mean, my means Leader of the dark and defiant.
I'm not sure what my name means, my first name mean protector, my middle name means wolf , and my last means person who lives by thicket. but together I got nothing anyone got a suggestion.

Your name means "protective wolf of thicket" , I got my meaning by basically taking my first name's meaning "strong leader" my middle name means "healer" and my last name means "dark/stong" as in a boundary and the second part means strong willed "defiant". So by going off of what Alex did in frame 62 http://well-of-souls.com/outsider/outsider062.html I guess my name actually means "Leader and healer of the strong who hold the line." Then there is thishttp://www.paulsadowski.com/Numbers.asp it says I am a strong leader willing to guide the strong and weak alike. I think this is like the coolest thing I've come across here in the Forum.

On the subject of names i'm afraid i'm on the more unimpressive side of the list.

My first name means "God shall establish" or "Founded by God". My last name means literally Man of the east" and my middle names are somewhat bizarre actually. My first middle name means "Honored" or and i shit you not "It's lonely to be gay". My last middle name means "Leader" or "Guest" or "Staff of the gods/Goths" or "Big rod of the Gods" (personal favorite).

So my name could be something like this:

"God shall establish this honored leader of the east"

"Honored big rod of the east founded by god" Incase i meet any loroi in real life i'll save this a piccup line.

"God founded this lonely queer from the east with a big rod"

"For the men of the east god shall establish this staff cause it's lonely to be gay"

I could go on and on but i think you get the point so if i'm ever asked by a curious loroi i'll simply say tha my name has no meaning.
If nothing else works, a total pig-headed unwillingness to look facts in the face will see us through. General C.H Melchett commander of some unknown british regiment in the western front.

Sorry abut the auto correct. I was trying to say fascist, alsa 1940's Spain, Italy, and... you know, and it came out that.

I can see some Fireblade action, although that might depend on how much of a slap-slap, kiss-kiss relationship the Author wants poor Alex to be in, if if the same sexual sensative areas such as the neck and lips would be the same for the Blue Skinned Amazon Brigade as with pink one's race.

Another interesting question. I not sure if this has been covered or not, sure it has, but are there any drastically different skin colors to Loroli as there are with humans such as darker complexions (browns and blacks) in southern regions of the hemisphere and lighter (pink and and white) for northern parts?

Sure. There's some discussion about different Loroi ethnicities here: http://well-of-souls.com/outsider/loroi ... orlds.html

Yes. Some nations drive on the left, some on the right.

so do men well dig cars and have magazines like car and driver? I doubt they have flying cars since they still use wheels on their shuttles.

I doubt that most Loroi males know how to drive.

to be quite honest, the loroi strike me as practical creatures, and since 'personal transports' in any decently urbanized environment is inefficient as bloody hell, the traffic jams in most large cities across the globe should prove that, probably quite well developed community transport systems(buss/subway/trams/etc.) is what i would expect, rural life however requires 'personal transports' and other vehicles.

well loroi cities may have cars like a public cab that is meant for quick use I mean really the problem with cars in cities is mostly bad driving and the wrong car for the city. So loroi males just fuck I mean shit it doesn't so so bad until you realize just how valuble you are to the continuation of your species. I mean it really takes the fun out of a nice hard f***, do they have some sort of xtra-strength viagra mixed into their food? I mean frequent mating encounters being vital for your well being sounds like a perfect plan to f*** away your pripism. Hell in my matriarchies the men either just do all the science and inventions under the protective eye of the women. These Loroi seem more like they have animals than men.

Arioch, using the GURPS system of measurements as a base, how resistant to acceleration and G pressures are the Loroi? What makes them amazing fighter pilots?

Probably the same shit that Topgun make naval aviators some of the best pilots ever, training.

I didn't include increased G tolerance (or reduced life support) in the GURPS version of Loroi because I think they're minor advantages and not the multiple-times-human-capacity GURPS versions of the advantages. People with smaller bodies and a lower center of gravity (like human women) tend to have slightly higher G-tolerance than larger, top-heavy men. It is like this for the Loroi but more so; a typical Loroi female might have 10-20% better G-tolerance than a similar-sized human female.

The Loroi emphasis on manned fighters has more to do with their preferences and attitudes rather than their G-tolerance; the Loroi Tenoin pilots have traditionally been very willing to train hard in the use of the liquid breathing mediums, and to put their lives at risk, perhaps more than many other races would.

In the Delrias war, torpedo-armed fighters operating from hybrid carriers were an important weapon for the Loroi, and were effective against the Delrias' larger, more heavily armed ships. The Delrias did not have a fighter equivalent at that time, and their anti-fighter defenses proved inadequate.

In the Mannadi wars, the Mannadi also used fighters, and there was often fighter vs. fighter combat. The Mannadi pilots were comparable in skill to their Loroi Tenoin counterparts.

The Umiak, who are very G-intolerant, prefer to use larger gunboats that can have inertial dampers instead of fighters. Loroi fighters are mostly relegated to anti-torpedo or anti-gunboat roles.

Left side is more common on Deinar. It's more or less 50/50 elsewhere.
