And you do not want to wake her up, her reaction might be unpredictable.
She is still in the "fight or flee" mode, and with her, "fight" is much more likely.
She will lash out at anything that penetrates towards her attention, and may only recognize later what is happening.

PTSD may have VERY unpredictable behaviours, and "shoot first, ask questions later" may have consequences which are irreversible when hte person shooting first has that kind of psychokinetic abilities.

Just trust Beryl on this.

Also, Beryl is experienced with soldiers having to be given a task to make them shut up.

On the one hand, combat jitters / PTSD is a very serious problem that doesn't have easy solutions. (Even for space-elfs).

Personally, I think NOW is a Perfect time to give Fireblade a kiss and a gentle touch to let her know she is appreciated and that death and destruction are not ALL she is fated or needed to be ~ she is more than just a weapon.. she is a dear companion!
But I'm a risk taker... especially where pretty red-heads in distress are concerned... lol!
