Not sure Fireblade, Flint, or Reed would be on that list, more they are victims by proxy.
Captain Cray-Cray wanted everything that came in touch with the Xeno to be off her ship. She is from Taben, and according to tabenid superstition this pinko here is bad luck for the ship. You see her discussing with the XO, after the Wreck is nuked, about whether to keep the bad luck blank on the ship; and the XO probably telling her to yeet it, along with all corrupted(possibly) Teidars. Fireblade was on the list because she did not want to space the male, as she has the final saying in on-board security matters.
Back on page 156 the historian advised Alex not to reveal its presence, but they seem to know about it here. Do the Loroi think the construct is not present and the the projector is suspect by association alone?
Alex clearly not listening to the historian anyway, which is understandable but may have consequences.

I don't think is Alex not listening to the historian, but more not fully trust him while to fully dismissing him completely either.

They know that the historian projector is on board. They don't know that a historian construct is on Alex' tablet and is whispering in his ear. The historian construct projector doesn't necessarily maintain a construct presence in the projector at all times.
Though that's some interesting questions
Do the Loroi assume that the historian construct can't inhabit the projector at all times.
Can the historian construct in fact not inhabit the projector at all times, but only use it as a relay?
Did the historian use the projector as a relay from "Prophet's Reason" to get into Alex' tablet?
The historian ai maintains the pretense that they are the tools of a bio species that created them. However, the creators are actually long dead. The cylons are on their own.
